Through the first three weeks of the season, the Buffalo Bills have earned the right to walk a little taller with their chests puffed out after a 3-0 start, but quarterback Josh Allen isn’t allowing his team to get ahead of themselves.
After a 47-10 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Bills played perhaps their most complete game in some time, with Allen tossing four first-half touchdowns.
But with so many things going well, given the team’s fast start, perhaps one eye can already be on potential playoff seedings.
However, Allen isn’t interested in looking too far ahead.
“I think we just stick to the program and what we’re doing,” Allen said . “I think focusing more on the process than the results right now, and it’s been serving us well, but the moment you start thinking about the end goal is when you get into trouble. So practicing hard, putting in the work throughout the week, making sure that we’re still watching the film, we’re still getting together, we’re just trying to find ways to play football the right way.”
