After the Buffalo Bills suffered a 35-10 beatdown by the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday Night Football, the bad news kept coming. The NFL issued a four-game suspension for Bills star Von Miller for violating the league’s Personal Conduct Policy.
Miller, who signed a six-year, $120 million contract with Buffalo in 2022, is eligible to return after the Bills’ Week 8 matchup. The future Hall of Famer’s suspension appears to stem from a domestic violence incident with his longtime girlfriend, Megan Denise, on Nov. 29, 2023.
Miller turned himself in to the Glenn Heights Police Department on Nov. 30, on suspicion of assaulting a pregnant woman, which is a third-degree felony. He was booked into DeSoto Tri-City Jail and released on $5,000 bond. While no charges were filed, that doesn’t preclude the NFL conducting a separate investigation and handing out a punishment.
Just hours before the NFL announced Miller’s suspension, Denise shared a message on her Instagram Stories.
