110 South Park Avenue has gotten a haircut. Work to stabilize the fire-damaged building includes removing the top two floors of the four-story structure and removal of debris. In early September, the Common Council approved a $395,000 contract with Regional Environmental Inc. to undertake the work at 110-18 South Park Avenue. The contract included $150,000 for stabilization and shoring and $245,000 for selective demolition work. Property owner Darryl Carr will be billed for the work.
