Head coach Sean McDermott confirmed that four players have already been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Houston Texans: defensive tackle Austin Johnson is dealing with an oblique injury. Defensive tackle Ed Oliver is dealing with a hamstring, safety Taylor Rapp is dealing with a concussion and wide receiver Khalil Shakir is dealing with an ankle issue.

Shakir, 24, had been off to a positive start this season, recording 18 receptions for 230 yards and two touchdowns.
