(WNY News Now) – A Silver Creek resident faces charges after allegedly threatening another individual over the phone, resulting in an aggravated harassment charge. The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a harassment complaint on Lake Avenue in the Village of Silver Creek on the evening of September 23, 2024. Following their investigation, authorities determined that Hannah Smith, a 26-year-old resident of Silver Creek, had communicated a threat of physical harm to another individual over the telephone.
