WEST SENECA, N.Y. – A Cheektowaga man was charged with attempted murder following an altercation that started inside a grocery store, then spilled out into the parking lot. Charges now faced by 24-year-old Timothy Barry of Cheektowaga include attempted murder, assault, menacing, criminal possession of a weapon, and obstructing governmental administration.
