BUFFALO, N.Y. – The Buffalo Police Department said they arrested 20 people between Nov. 4 and 10 on gun charges, recovering seven guns. According to Buffalo Police, they arrested Hector Martinez in connection with an alleged shooting on the 800 block of Tonawanda Street near the Riverside neighborhood. Police recovered a pistol. Police said he has been remanded.
