Orchard Park police investigating bank robbery

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Orchard Park police are investigating after a man forcibly took money from a bank on Southwestern Boulevard Wednesday afternoon.

The suspect is described as a man around 5-foot-10 with shaggy brown hair wearing a dark hooded jacket and brown pants. It is alleged that he stole money from a bank teller at Five Star Bank around 3:55 p.m.

He then fled the scene in a silver pickup truck with a red snowplow on the front.

Anyone with any information about the man or anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to call police at 716-662-6444.
