With the Bills playing in a slugfest against their division rivals, Josh Allen and the offense wasn’t its usual swashbuckling self, managing 24 points, the first time in eight games they didn’t score 30+ points.

Plus, Allen and the passing game also weren’t firing, with No. 17 going 16 for 29 with 154 passing yards, one touchdown, and one interception. But luckily, the run game with James Cook (100 rush yards, one touchdown) and Co. picked up the slack.

For Brady, the big positive for his offense was that while it wasn’t pretty, they still managed to do enough to claim the win.

“As the season goes, we have to find ways to get better, and you would say the overall performance as a whole we didn’t get better,” Brady said . “There were things we can grasp at, one of the biggest things was we got to find different ways to win football games. It doesn’t always have to be pretty, but we found a way to get it done [vs. Patriots] and that is the more important thing.”
