BUFFALO, N.Y. — Changes are coming to this year’s “Old Neighborhood” St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
The start time is moving to 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 15. Streets will close by 9 a.m. for the parade route.
After the bands, the floats, and the dancers, there will be a traditional Irish “hooley” running from noon to 4 p.m. at the Valley Community Center, located at 93 Leddy St. Live music will be provided by The Reardon and Garvey Band…
