NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — Church’s Texas Chicken is officially entering the Western New York market with a location in Niagara Falls.
The national chicken franchise will occupy ground-floor space at the Hyatt Place Hotel on Rainbow Boulevard at Old Falls Street, where it will replace Cantina Falls Mexican Restaurant, which opened in late 2020.
Founded in San Antonio in 1952, Church’s Texas Chicken is now headquartered in Atlanta. The chain is known for its fried chicken and has more than 1,500 locations globally. The Niagara Falls store will mark its entrance into the state of New York…
