New York home care providers respond to misconduct allegations

The New York State Association of Health Care Providers (HCP), representing Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs) across the state, has formally addressed the New York State Department of Health (DOH) regarding allegations of misconduct.

These allegations were outlined in the Department’s March 10 cease and desist letters sent to 17 licensed agencies.
