CB Emmanuel Realty LLC of Brooklyn and Mt. Aaron Missionary Baptist Church’s Community Hope Builders LLC are planning nine affordable single-family homes on Grey Street. The development team is seeking to buy 18 vacant lots from the City to build the three to four bedroom homes on the east side of Grey Street south of Genesee Street.
