Grand Opening: Spaces on Chandler Street

In November of 2024, I posted about the opening of a co-working outfit on Chandler Street called Spaces, which is part of the IWG (International Workplace Group) network that originated in Brussels, Belgium in 1989 by Mark Dixon.

At the time, I met up with Michele Jetty, Area Sales Manager for Spaces, and Jason Rothschild, Vice President Signature Development (building owner). When I toured the 35,0000 SF facility at the time, it was still a relatively new operation, thus there was not much news to share on occupancy rates.

Today, the occupancy news at Spaces is very much different. Michele informed me that there are now over 20 tenants, with more on the way. For that reason, Spaces will now host an official grand opening party, where visitors can meet all of the new tenants, while exploring the building. Anyone interested in checking out the remaining available co-working offices is welcome to attend the event, set to be held on Friday April 4 between 6pm and 9pm.

“We still have internal larger offices available (3 plus people) and plenty of co-working space,” Michele told me. “We’re also looking to fill the mezzanine as well (two offices are already occupied). The community is invited to come see the new co-working space and meet some of the new tenants that will be attending the party.”

Spaces is definitely one of the more unique co-working settings that I have come across. The polished industrial atmosphere is perfect for this type of use. And there’s plenty of room for all sorts of business concepts, with offices for one or two employees, or full office suites for larger companies. The ancillary outdoor setting is also a huge attraction…
