BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The City of Buffalo has condemned an apartment building in Allentown due to unsafe living conditions. Tenants there have been forced to relocate — and some of those tenants are calling for action.
News 4 has heard from some tenants off camera who are not happy about being forced to move out and that previous owners have let the building decay. City inspectors said the building is missing fire-rated assemblies and smoke detectors, and that it’s not safe.
