BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man pleaded guilty to manslaughter and weapon charges Friday morning after he killed a man last summer and allegedly threw weapons off the Skyway, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office announced.
Edward Harwell, 39, shot 21-year-old Kabah Kabah with an illegal gun multiple times on the 200 block of Bird Avenue. The incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. on Aug. 3. Kabah was pronounced deceased at ECMC.
The suspect vehicle traveled eastbound on Route 198, onto Route 33, into downtown Buffalo, and onto the Skyway. Objects that appeared to be handguns were seen being thrown from the window of the vehicle, officials said…
