Buffalo Man Pleads Guilty to Federal Mail Theft Conspiracy

(WNY News Now) – A Buffalo man has pleaded guilty in federal court to participating in a mail theft scheme that targeted collection boxes across Western New York.

BUFFALO, N.Y. – U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced Tuesday that Lamor Runell Bolden, 27, of Buffalo, has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail theft, a federal offense punishable by up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

According to Assistant U.S. Attorney Franz M. Wright, Bolden conspired with Eric Michael Robinson and Antonio Jones, Jr. to steal mail from blue collection mailboxes in Cheektowaga.
