CLARENCE, N.Y. — A highly anticipated second local Trader Joe’s store has taken some major steps forward.
Benderson Development got approvals this week from the Clarence Planning Board for its concept plan and development plan for a Trader Joe’s store at 5017 Transit Road. The next step, which the developer has also completed, is getting the green light on building permits to construct the structure’s shell, according to the town.
