Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) – The National Comedy Center in Jamestown is honoring Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias with an exhibit featuring a 1959 Volkswagen Bus that was used as a set piece during a record breaking comedy special at Dodger Stadium in LA. The unveiling is Wednesday and Iglesias will be there. A special photo-op for fans will take place a little after 4:30 p.m. Admission will be free all day.

Buffalo Business First says Delaware North will open a restaurant incubator space near its downtown headquarters that will be used to test out new concepts for restaurants across the U.S. and the world. The public will be able to give feedback, with the first concept being a chicken sandwich. Feedback gathered at the incubator will determine if that sandwich and other foods get the greenlight to be served across Delaware North’s global network, which includes Disney World and Wembley Stadium.

Developer Douglas Jemal is selling the Mahoney State Office Building in Niagara Square. He bought the building in 2021 and planned to turn it into a hotel. Jemal told the Buffalo News that financing and construction costs are keeping the project from moving forward…
