BUFFALO, N.Y. — According to a draft of the upcoming Transportation Improvement Program, the long-anticipated, and delayed, redevelopment of the Scajaquada Expressway has been put on hold by the New York State Department of Transportation.
The Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is coordinated by the Greater Buffalo Niagara Regional Transportation Council (GBNRTC) in cooperation with NYSDOT and “any affected” public transportation operators.
