State AG charges New York pair in Bath & Body Works thefts in Millcreek, other locations

State investigators accuse two western New York residents of going on a one-day theft spree in July 2024 that targeted Bath & Body Works stores in Millcreek Township and three other locations in western Pennsylvania.

The Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General on May 8 filed criminal charges before Greene Township District Judge Susan Strohmeyer against Emonee Q. Bradley, 25, of Cheektowaga, New York, and Jovante M. Richardson, 31, of Buffalo. The charges include first-degree felony counts of corrupt organizations-employee and conspiracy and third-degree felony counts of organized retail theft and retail theft.
