Police in Niagara County spent the past week arresting people accused of crimes. Niagara County is made up of quite a few cities, towns, and villages, including the City of Lockport, the City of North Tonawanda, the City of Niagara Falls, the Town of Lewiston, the Town of Lockport, the Town of Wheatfield, and the Village of Youngstown.
Police in Niagara Falls found human remains in a home on Orleans Avenue. Police the remains under the basement stairs. A 61-year-old man, Richard Fox, who used to live at the home is now a person of interest, according to WIVB. He is accused of killing two women. Police suspect him of killing 50-year-old Marquita Mull in 2021 and killing Cassandra Watson.
Fox, who is currently behind bars awaiting his trial for allegedly murdering the two women, was previously convicted of two sex crimes. He served time in prison for the 1993, rape of a 14-year-old girl. He was also sentenced to 15 years in prison for the rape of a 42-year-old Buffalo woman. If Fox is linked to the human remains and convicted of murdering the two women, he would be a serial killer…
