Buffalo Man Indicted in Jamestown Drug Conspiracy Involving Heroin and Fentanyl

(WNY News Now) – A Buffalo resident faces federal charges for allegedly participating in a multi-year drug trafficking conspiracy in Jamestown involving heroin and fentanyl.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — A federal grand jury has indicted Jason Talley, 46, of Buffalo, on charges of narcotics conspiracy in connection with a heroin and fentanyl trafficking operation based in Jamestown, according to U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo.

The indictment alleges that between 2018 and May 26, 2022, Talley conspired with Joseph S. Zaso and several others to distribute heroin and fentanyl throughout the Jamestown area. The charge carries a mandatory minimum of 10 years in prison and a maximum sentence of life if convicted…
