Deer in the water rescued by Buffalo Fire personnel

BUFFALO, N.Y. — A water rescue took place Saturday afternoon at the Buffalo Naval Park. It didn’t involve a person, though.

The Buffalo Fire Department successfully removed a deer from the water at the Buffalo Naval Park. The SPCA Serving Erie County’s wildlife department also assisted at the scene.
