BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo woman is expected to return to court after an indictment was reinstated charging her with the murder of her grandmother, according to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office.
On the morning of Nov. 21, 2021, a deceased 90-year-old woman with a gunshot wound to her chest was discovered by police at a Highgate Avenue home.
