A Buffalo man was arrested on drug charges after an investigation into a traffic stop on Erie St, in the City of Salamanca early this morning.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 48-year-old Michael V Smalls with Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
