BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A North Tonawanda woman admitted to hitting an e-bicyclist resulting in serious injury while driving under the influence of drugs last year, the Niagara County District Attorney’s Office said Friday.
Amber Clark, 43, was driving at the intersection of Niagara Falls Boulevard and 47th Street in Niagara Falls when she struck the victim. The incident occurred on Sept. 20, 2024. Clark was under the influence of meth at the time, according to officials.
