PENDLETON, N.Y. — One person was rushed to the hospital with severe injuries after handling fireworks on Independence Day.
The incident happened shortly past 7 p.m. Friday on the 4900 block of Tonawanda Creek Road in the Town of Pendleton. The report called into the Niagara County Communications Center concerned a male who was severely injured.
