(WJET/WFXP) – The driver involved in the death of a Jamestown child will not face charges.
The Jamestown Police Department, along with assistance from the Chautauqua County Accident Reconstruction Team, concluded their investigation regarding the death of a child who was hit by a truck in June.

The child, 11-year-old Daniel Ramos, was hit on Tuesday, June 17, while out riding his bike.
