A series of thefts at a Cayuga County retail store has led to criminal charges following an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
Paul A. Tagliarino, 35, of Tonawanda, was arrested on July 9 and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor, after deputies developed probable cause during a months-long probe into repeated thefts at Bass Pro Shops in the Town of Aurelius.
According to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, the investigation began on April 9 after store staff reported suspicious activity.
