Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) – An inmate at the Eric County Holding Center has been charged with 2nd degree assault and 2nd degree obstructing governmental administration after she assaulted a sheriff’s deputy.
The Erie County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy was serving food to 37-year-old Dominique Tabb on the morning of July 6th when Tabb punched the deputy in the face.
Tabb proceeded to continue the assault by kicking and punching the deputy while she was on the ground. Surveillance video of the incident shows two other guards rushing into Tabb’s cell and tackling her. The deputy was taken to ECMC with a head injury and has been discharged…
