Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) – As of July 13 the USPS has raised the price of stamps to 78 cents. That’s a 5 cent increase from where they were previously. The Postal Service raised the price to keep financial stability.
But how many people know the price of a stamp? Some Western New Yorkers were surprised to find out.
