BUFFALO, N.Y. — It’s been almost two months since steps were announced in hopes of discouraging unruly behavior in one of Buffalo’s most popular entertainment districts.
The measures included banning automobiles on portion of Chippewa Street, between Franklin Street and Delaware Avenue, between 10 a.m. and 4 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
The measure went into effect on May 30 and will be in place through Memorial Day weekend…
