BUFFALO, N.Y. — City leaders are urging residents to help protect public spaces after two separate break-ins at Buffalo pools within 48 hours — and a string of other incidents that are raising concerns about safety, sanitation, and the future of summer access.
Photos released by the City of Buffalo show graffiti damage at Kensington Pool and a fence that had been pried open at Ralph Wilson Centennial Pool, both of which were unlawfully accessed after hours.
