Buffalo man pleads guilty to drug and gun charges

BUFFALO, N.Y. — U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced that a Buffalo man has pleaded guilty to gun and drug charges.

Jeremy Hodge, 39, of Buffalo pleaded guilty to possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute 40 grams or more, and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Both charges carry a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison and a fine of $5 million.

The attorney’s office stated that on April 4, 2025, the FBI searched Hodge’s home and vehicle, and then seized a semi-automatic handgun, ammunition and drug paraphernalia…
