UPDATE
The ongoing search for a missing boater – Jerome Williams, 66, of Buffalo – in the upper Niagara River received additional support Wednesday from an underwater survey company. Meanwhile, New York State Police and State Park Police continue their investigation into the July 23rd boat crash.
