YOUNGSTOWN, N.Y. — A Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert has been issued for Charles Barton Gray, a 76-year-old man who might be disorientated and in need of medical attention.
The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said Gray was last seen on Milestrip Road in the Village of Blasdell at 2 p.m. Sunday. Gray was driving a 2016 gray Kia SUV with New York license plate KBF-9278.
Gray, who is white, was last seen wearing a gray shirt and black shorts. He’s described as 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 170 pounds. He has gray hair and blue eyes…
