Wheatfield, N.Y. (WBEN) – The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a farming accident in the Town of Wheatfield on Friday that has left one individual dead.
Shortly before 10:50 a.m. on Friday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Communication Center received a 9-1-1 call that reported an unresponsive male stuck under an agricultural rotary cutter.
Family members arrived on scene and removed the male from under the machine. Deputies arrived shortly after and took over life-saving measures until they were relieved by Fire and EMS personnel…
