Erie County celebrates the restoration of Schenck House

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — One of the oldest stone structures in Buffalo is being celebrated for its next chapter. Erie County has invested $2 million into restoring the Schenck House that’s on the grounds of the Grover Cleveland Golf Course.

“This is your tax dollars at work, saving one of the most historic structures that exist in Erie County,” said Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz.
