Niagara County District Attorney Brian Seaman released updates on two separate hit-and-run cases involving North Tonawanda motorists.
In a statement posted to Facebook on Thursday, Seaman confirmed that Amber N. Clark was sentenced on August 6th to a prison term of 1 to 3 years. Clark had previously admitted guilt to Vehicular Assault in the Second Degree and Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Crash Resulting in Serious Physical Injury.
According to prosecutors, Clark was under the influence of methamphetamine on September 24th, 2024, when she struck an e-bicyclist near Niagara Falls Boulevard and 47th Street in Niagara Falls before fleeing. The cyclist sustained severe injuries…
