BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A North Tonawanda man was arraigned on an indictment charging him with murder after he allegedly shot and killed a man when he was 16 years old in 2021, according to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office.
The 20-year-old from North Tonawanda allegedly shot 19-year-old Donovan Miller on Oct. 5, 2021 with an illegal gun. The incident occurred around 1 p.m. on the 100 block of Laird Avenue in Buffalo, officials said.
