BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo police detective has received new charges after he allegedly bought stolen account credentials, including credit card information, online between March and August 2020, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Terrance Michael Ciszek, 35, was originally charged with possession of unauthorized access devices with intent to defraud and making a false statement to an agency of the United States.
