The man accused of causing a wrong-way fatal crash on the Skyway earlier this year was arraigned on Wednesday.
Joshua Wright, 27, of Lackawanna, is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, manslaughter and assault, according to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office.
