BUFFALO, N.Y. — Friday marked a deadline set by Acting Mayor Chris Scanlon, who said he would consider taking legal action if City Comptroller Barbara Miller-Williams did not move forward with bond financing for capital projects.
“The controller has stated she’s up for a legal fight. I think that if it goes that route, it might be a one rounder. Quite frankly,” Scanlon said.
