HAMBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) — Students in New York State public and charter schools do not have to worry about going hungry during the school day, as this new school year marks New York’s statewide free school meals program.
“The idea of being able to get a meal at school, that’s super meaningful for our students for all of our students, regardless of their background,” said Tom Adams, the superintendent of Hamburg Central School District.
