A Buffalo man has been indicted after prosecutors say he attempted to kill his girlfriend during a violent assault involving a shovel, according to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office.
Julian Taylor, 31, was charged Tuesday in connection with the July 31st incident outside the couple’s Greene Street home. Authorities said the confrontation began as a verbal dispute around 8:14pm.
During the altercation, officials allege Taylor struck his girlfriend with his hands, causing her to fall onto the driveway. Prosecutors said he then used a shovel to inflict serious injuries, hitting her multiple times in the head and body before a bystander stepped in to stop the attack…
