Douglas Jemal has sold three Niagara Street properties to Rich Products. Jemal’s Curtiss Malting LLC sold 1100, 1106 and 1110 Niagara Street to Rich Products’ Jenesis Development LLC yesterday for $1.75 million. Rich Products has announced plans for the properties which are south of its headquarters campus. Rich’s ROAR Logistics is moving to the Oliver Gear property at 1120 Niagara Street next door.
The Curtiss Malt House at 1100 Niagara Street was bought by Jemal for $1 million in 2022. He added 1106 and 1110 Niagara Street in 2023 for $425,000. Jemal had plans to renovate the Curtiss Malt House and add approximately 50 market-rate apartments to the site.
