Scott Washburn has always been a collector. He’s also been happy to share what he collects. Over the years, Scott has set up collectible stands at numerous events and flea markets, including The Peddler on Elmwood and the Market Square Vintage & Maker Market in Black Rock.
Now, Scott is starting up a new pop-up flea market concept that he is tentatively calling Market 111. The initial market – to be held indoors at 111 Tonawanda Street – will take place on Saturday, October 11 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Since Scott has already been a significant part of the flea market scene in Buffalo, he’s already off to a great start with his vendor list. That said, he’s looking to fill the place up, so anyone that is interested in being a vendor should reach out to him at 716-368-7972. The average space will be 8’x10′, though there will be larger and smaller spaces or tables as well. Anyone that peddles antiques, vintage wares and clothing, collectables, and curiosities is welcome to join in on the fun.
Who knows, if things go according to plan, maybe one day Scott will have a permanent flea market on his hands. Now wouldn’t that be amazing!…
