WHEATFIELD, N.Y. — If you’re looking for a job, or want to change careers, the Niagara County Department of Employment and Training is holding its final job fair of the year on Wednesday, September 24 at Oppenheim Park.
The county say there will be approximately 70 companies with open positions that will be participating in the job fair.
“While there have been recent reports that hiring has slowed down, the fact is there are companies across Niagara County continuing to look for new employees,” said Niagara County Legislator Jesse Gooch, Chairman of the Community Service Committee and a small business owner whose company has participated in these events. “For those not currently employed to those looking for something different, our job fair is a chance to see what opportunities are out there that could be the right fit for you.”…
