United House of Prayer is seeking to construct 28 stacked apartments in four buildings at 151 Adams Street and 162-164 Watson Street following the demolition of a vacant warehouse complex on the site.
Site improvements will include a parking lot with 28 spaces, a patio and gazebo area with common green space and walking paths, and on-site bicycle storage, along with related improvements.
